Bombs Rock Baghdad As "Chemical Ali" Hanged

Suicide blasts outside hotels popular with Westerners killed dozens of people in Baghdad Monday, according to Iraqi officials. The explosions hit just before the announcement came that Saddam Hussein's cousin was hanged.
