4 Boys Charged in Phoenix in Girl's Sex Assault

An 8 year old rape victim is in the care of Child Protective Services in Arizona after being shunned by her parents, who say she brought shame on the family. Authorities say four boys ages 9 to 14 took turns assaulting the girl.
