Hilary Clinton Approved by Senate Committee as Secretary of State

A key U.S. Senate Committee overwhelmingly approved the nomination of Hillary Clinton as the country's next Secretary of State. The Foreign Relations Committee then heard from Susan Rice, nominated as Ambassador to the United Nations. VOA's Carolyn Presutti has details on the appointments.
