The West assesses Russia's withdrawal from Georgia

Shortly after Dmitry Medvedev, the Russian president, signed a ceasefire agreement with Georgia, a contingent of Western officials travelled to the frontlines to see whether Russian forces were indeed withdrawing from Georgian territory.
