China is expressing anger over the U.S. military's error in delivering ballistic missile parts to Taiwan. The U.S. Defense Department announced the mistake yesterday, saying helicopter batteries were supposed to be sent instead. The error is particularly sensitive because Beijing strongly opposes U.S. arms sales to Taiwan. China considers that self-governed island its own territory.
