Illegal Nightmare? Banker who WikiLeaked tax evaders data 'guilty'

A judge at a Zurich Court has sentenced Rudolf Elmer to a fine of over 6,000 dollars. British investigative journalist Tony Gosling believes this trial was an attempt to prevent further revelations about the scale of the banks' illegal dealings.
