No Charges Against 13-year-old in Fl. Teen Burned Case

A 13-year-old arrested after a South Florida boy was doused with an accelerant and burned won't face criminal charges. Jeremy Jarvis was the youngest of five arrested for the alleged attack on Michael Brewer.
