It's believed the offer of free admission and the fact there was just one entrance gate caused the crush in the game between Nigeria and North Korea. It happened at a stadium just outside Johannesburg and comes just days before the start of the World Cup. FIFA says it was not responsible for the ticketing of the game and said the stadium in question will not be used for the tournament.
