Niger: Early referendum results point to massive yes

FRANCE 24's special correspondent in Niger, Melissa Bell, said that "between 70 and 80%" of the vote was in favour of a new constitution allowing President Mamadou Tandja to stand for re-election indefinitely, according to early unofficial estimates.
